2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and manage your reservations, process payments, communicate with you about your service, send appointment reminders, and manage your Monthly Care membership. With your consent, we may also send you SMS updates.

3. SMS Privacy and Communications

Poveda Premium Auto Care / Tartan Auto Concierge may send service-related SMS messages to customers who voluntarily opt in, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, vehicle-ready notifications, payment-related updates, Monthly Care scheduling reminders, and customer support messages.

We use your mobile phone number and messaging consent data only to send and manage the service-related messages described above, respond to customer support messages, honor opt-out and help requests, and maintain records of your messaging preferences.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
